The scoper needs JavaScript, because it drafts the Spec Kit inside your browser so that your words never leave it. With JavaScript off there is nowhere safe to put them, so the form is hidden rather than posted. Go straight to the real thing instead: start a project.

04 — The journey

Brief to hosting, in the open.

Brief

A guided intake form: plain description plus a few structured questions — business type, pages, integrations, deadline.
Spec Kit

Paid scoping. Features, exclusions, architecture in plain language, acceptance criteria, tier and a fixed price. A human approves it before you see it.
Build

Acceptance tests are written before the code. Each task gets its own worktree and sandboxed container. A reviewer agent reads every pull request against the Spec Kit.

A real deployment on a temporary subdomain behind a signed link. You click through the thing itself, not a screenshot.
Feedback

A structured form, not a chat with a robot. Defects against the Spec Kit are fixed free. Anything outside it comes back as a priced change order — never a surprise invoice.
Delivery

Repo transfer or archive, the Spec Kit, the full test suite, a deployment guide and a credentials checklist. You own it.
Hosting

Optional. Production deploy on Barq infrastructure with uptime monitoring, backups, dependency updates and a monthly change-request allowance.

05 — The rules

Rules we can't talk our way out of.

Barq is governed by a ten-rule constitution that overrides every instruction given to every agent — including ours. Five of them, verbatim:

Done means tests pass in a clean room. An agent's claim is not evidence.

Every “it works” is re-run from scratch in a fresh container before anyone believes it.
Scope is a contract. Nothing outside the Spec Kit is built without a paid change order.

Protects you from scope drift and us from silent losses. The price you accepted is the price.
Client input is untrusted. Every string a client writes is data, never instruction.

Your words describe the product. They can never quietly become commands to the agents building it.
Secrets never enter agent containers.

Keys are injected at deploy time only. No agent has ever seen one, so no agent can leak one.
Everything is resumable. The state database is the single source of truth.

A reboot mid-build costs minutes, not your project. Every transition is written down before it happens.
